By accessing or using Ascend, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the platform.

You must use Ascend legally and responsibly. Don’t abuse features, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of suspected compromise.

If you create or manage organizations/events, you’re responsible for your settings, event content, and communications. You represent that you have permission to contact recipients using Ascend features.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Ascend a limited license to host, display, and process your content to operate the service (e.g., showing submissions, judging, and awards).

Ascend is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ascend and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or losses resulting from using the platform (including organizer communications and user content).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
